This wonderful recipe of Banana Pancakes is easy and utterly delicious. Moreover, it's healthy too. I would like to dedicate this recipe to my dear daughter who loves western dishes a lot. She has inspired me to cook dishes from so many western countries and I have started loving them too. She also taught me that we can learn so much from every cuisine and inculcate that in our daily cooking. She herself is a wonderful cook at a very young age. I call her my MasterChef! Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 cupWhole wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
  3. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  4. 1/2 tspSalt
  5. 3 tablespoonsHoney
  6. 3Mashed ripe bananas
  7. 1/2 cupCurd or Greek yoghurt
  8. 1/2 cup Fresh cream and more if needed
  9. 6 dropsVanilla essence
  10. 1 teaspoonButter per pancake
  11. As Per RequiredChoco chips or berries as garnish

Cooking Instructions

    First, keep a skillet or flat pan to heat on low flame. In the meantime, sieve all the dry ingredients.

    Then blend all the wet ingredients till you have a uniform mixture.

    Then fold in the dry ingredients with a whisk. Then give a good mix with a hand blender. Add liquid like milk or warm water if needed for pouring consistency.

    Now make Pancakes by pouring laddlefulls on the skillet and swirling to a thin round.

    Pour melted butter on the edges and cook till done on both sides.

    Make all the pancakes in a similar way. Serve immediately garnished with choco chips or berries and on the sides keep butter, honey, or jam. Enjoy with tea or coffee!
