Ingredients

  1. 2 bowlscooked rice. I used brown rice
  2. 1 cupshredded cabbage
  3. 1red capsicum,
  4. 1 yellow capsicum
  5. 1carrot
  6. 1/2 cupbeans
  7. 1/2 cuppeas
  8. 1potato
  9. 1onion
  10. 6Chopped garlic, chopped ginger
  11. as requiredFried rice masala
  12. 1 tspsoy sauce
  13. 1 1/2 tspsalt,
  14. 1tsp chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add 1tbs oil. Add sliced onions and saute. Then add chopped ginger and garlic and saute for few min then add all vegetables and saute for few minutes then add 1 1/2 tsp salt, fried rice masala, soy sauce, 1tsp chilli powder and mix well

    Add rice and mix and cook for few more minutes. Then add coriander leaves and serve hot.
