  • 2Smoked ham slices Oscar Mayer Smoked Ham chopped
  • 1/2 cupSliced ​​mushrooms
  • 1/2 cupFrozen Peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cupChopped green onions
  • 2 cupLeftover cooked rice, cold
  • 1Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1/4 cupdry roasted peanuts planters, chopped

    Put oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ham, mushrooms, peas and onions; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly

    Add rice, egg and soy sauce; mix well

  3. 3

    Cook for 2-4 minutes or until the egg will curdle, stirring constantly. Add peanuts and stir; serve immediately

  4. 4

    Substitute: Make a meatless version, replacing the ham finely chopped assorted vegetables and / or tofu into cubes

  5. 5

    Enhances the flavor: if you want a more flavorful rice, prepare it as directed, but replaces the water with chicken broth
