Based on KSB recipe that has been modified by me. This recipe only needs one proofing time. I always use this recipe when I do not have much time but still want to have soft and fluffly bread. Just make sure to knead the dough until window pane stage.

When making sandwiches is troublesome, I planned something that my children and husband would eat as is. This is that delicious bread roll.When you are rolling the dough, it is sticky so it can be a bit stressful. I was easily able to make these rolls.
