Ingredients

  1. 1 cuptamarind pulp
  2. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  3. 6-7deseeded dates
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  6. 1.5 cupswater
  7. 1/2 tspginger powder

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pot put all the ingredients and cook on slow flame

  2. 2

    Once it thickens and everything is well incorporated, blend it in a blender

  3. 3

    Pour in a glass container, preserve in fridge

  4. 4

    Enjoy with fried items of your choice at iftar
