Ingredients

  1. 1 bowldry roasted peanuts
  2. 1 bowldry roasted makhanas
  3. 1 cupmoong sprouts
  4. 1onion finely chopped
  5. 1tomato deseeded and chopped
  6. 1small beetroot grated
  7. 1/2 cuppomegranate pearls
  8. 1 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
  9. 1 tbspmint leaves chopped
  10. 1green chilli deseeded and chopped
  11. 1lemon
  12. 1 tbspgreen mint chutney
  13. 1 tbsptamarind chutney
  14. as per tasteBlack salt
  15. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  16. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  17. 1 tsproasted cumin powder

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast the peanuts and makhanas separately at a low flame till they turn brown and crunchy.

    Keep all the ingredients ready before you start assembling.

    In a bowl add onion, tomatoes, beetroot, sprouts, green chilli and mint and coriander leaves.

  4. 4

    Squeeze lime juice into the bowl.

  5. 5

    Add green mint and tamarind chutney and season with black salt, black pepper, chaat masala and cumin powder and give a nice mix.

    Add dry roasted peanuts and makhanas and mix well.

  7. 7

    Serve immediately and garnish with mint, coriander leaves and pomegranate pearls.
