Red mullet is in season now and here’s a simple way to cook it. I could add other ingredients like rosemary and garlic, but I wanted to enjoy the real taste of red mullet as it’s quite special.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Place the fish on a baking paper. Make crosswise slashes down to the bone on both sides of the fish. Rub with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt

Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes. Grill the top for around 3 minutes. Enjoy with a side salad
