  2. 1 tbsp mirchi, dhania,
  3. 1 tbsp amchur powder each
  4. 1/2 tbsp jeera,
  5. 3-4 chopped green chillis,
  6. as per taste salt v
  7. For dough-
  8. 2 cups maida
  9. 1/4 cup oil,
  10. as per taste salt
  11. as required Oil for frying.
  12. as requiredHandful chopped coriander

    In pan add 2 t,sp. oil.Add jeera.Add green chilli, dhania, mirchi, amchur powder. Add potatoes, salt.Mix well & saute 2-3 minutes.Add coriander

    Make a dough of oil, salt maida, Keeo aside

    Take a ball frim dough. Roll oval roti Cut in between,Take one part.

    Make triangle. Stuff mixture. Press all sides with the help of water.

    In kadai add oil. Fry samosa
