Ingredients

50 minutes.
2servings.
  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. 3 tablespoonsoil
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1 teaspoonnigella seeds
  5. 1 pinchsoda bicarb
  6. 1boiled potato
  7. 1/4 cupboiled peas
  8. 1 tablespoonchopped onion
  9. 1/4 cupgrated cauliflower
  10. 1/4 cupcapsicum cubes
  11. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  12. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  13. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  14. 1 teaspoonchat masala
  15. 1 teaspoonsalt
  16. 1 tablespoonoil
  17. 200 mloil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

50 minutes.

    Take maida,oil,salt,nigella seeds and soda bicarb in a bowl,mix and make a semi soft dough.Cover and leave for 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile heat the oil in a frying pan,add chopped onion. Saute.

    Add all the vegetables and spices,mix well cook for minutes on low heat.Add boiled potatoes,mix and let be cool.

    Take out a golf ball sized dough and roll oblong with the help of rolling pin.Make cut on half portion.Fold as shown in picture.

    Fill 1 tablespoon stuffing into cone,seal the edges.

    Heat oil in a kadai,deep fry samose on low-medium heat till golden.

    Serve hot with sauce.
