Ingredients

  1. 300 gchicken minced
  2. 2Onion
  3. 2Tomato
  4. 1Capsicum
  5. 1Carrot
  6. 1/4 tspturmeric
  7. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  8. 2 tspchilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  10. 1 tspcumin powder
  11. 1 tspcoriander powder
  12. 2green chilli
  13. as per taste Salt
  14. as requiredWater
  15. 2 tbspoil
  16. 1gCoriander leaves
  17. 1 tsppepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat Oil in a pan. Add chopped Onion and green chilli sauté until golden brown.

    Then add tomato’s and cook until mushy.Then add ginger garlic paste.

    Then add turmeric powder,Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala. Cook it for sometime

    Next add capsicum and carrot until sauté well. Add minced Chicken to the mixture and sauté it.finally add some water and salt Cook the minced meat and masala till the moisture evaporates from the pan. Then add pepper powder mix it well.

    Finally Add Lemon Juice and chopped Coriander

    Pour the Keema out in a bowl.
