Flour, Cocoa powder, baking powder,,mix karein or 3 bar Chan Lein.. dry ingredients ready hain

Egg whites or yolk separate karein.. pehly 1 minute white beat karein or 1 1 Kar k yolk add karein or beat krty rhen 30 seconds.. phr thori thori powdered sugar add karein or beat karein 2 minutes.. fluffy Kar Lein ab oil karein 10 second beat karein

Ab dry ingredients thora Thora add karein or hath se mix karein..

Grease kiye huye pan me batter add karein

180 °C par pre heated oven me 30 minutes bake karein...

Sponge ready hai room temperature par Thanda karein...

Water or sugar mix karein boil karein or is me coffee add karein.. syrup ready hai.. fridge me Thanda karein

Chocolate choty pieces me cut karein is me 4 tbsp milk add karein or double boiler par melt karein..

Cream whip karein is me melted chocolate add karein or mix karein.

Cake 3 slices me cut karein...

1 layer par syrup se soak karein, cream apply karein, melted chocolate add karein, second layer rakhen... Process repeat karein 3rd layer rken syrup se soak karein, pora cake cream se cover karein or apni marzi se decorate karein..

5 to 6 hours chill karein... Over rest dein to ziada behtr hai...
