    Put a pan on low heat temperature. Add olive oil and two smashed cloves of garlic.

    Meanwhile peal boiled pumpkin and cut in cubes.

  3. 3

    Add oregano and a little bit of olive oil. Mix really gently, not to break pumpkin cubes.

    Remove garlic from the pan and add pumpkin instead. It may need additional olive oil. Fry until the sides of pumpkin are brown. Be careful not to break cubes while turning the sides of pumpkins.

    Start boiling water for pasta. Add some salt and put pasta.

    While pasta is boiling and pumpkin is being fried, prepare the tomato sauce. Add finely smashed 1/5th garlic clove, touch of salt, half tea spoon of dry coriander powder and 100ml tomato sauce. And most importantly pepper flakes. Make sure its spicy, adjust the spiciness on your own.

    Once pasta is boiled and pumpkins are fried. Put pasta into your plate.

    Add sauce.

    Add pumpkins.

    Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and enjoy ☺️

Wow amazing recipe. I am always finding it very hard to cut raw pumpkins 🎃, this boil and cut seems to be a great way. How do you boil the pumpkin? Cut Size , boiling time, are there any ingredients needed for boiling? Please 🎃🎃🎃🙏
