Easy Pumpkin Soup

I have never made pumpkin soup also I never ate cooked pumpkin. There was nothing to cook at home and I thought of making Pumpkin Soup and to taste it.(husband loves pumpkin so no worries ;-) ) so made this easy recipe with the things I had at home.. I saw recipies saying you need stock but I used water instead. It came out well. Try it and let me know if you loved the taste....

Clean and cut the pumpkin into small pieces as well as the garlic.

Put all the ingrediants in a pan and set to boil.

Stir well.

Cook until the pumpkin is easy to smash. And then take out of the heat.

Let it cool for 10 mins oe straight away blend the whole mixutre.

Check salt and pepper. Heat if needed.

Add some coriander leaves on top and serve.
