Ingredients

  1. as required Red chilli powder
  2. 1/2boiled potatoes
  3. 1 cupAll-purpose flour
  4. as per taste Salt
  5. 2 spoonghee
  6. as required Cumin
  7. as required Coriander seeds
  8. as per need Water for kneading dough I
  9. as per taste Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Now take boiled potatoes amd mash them

  2. 2

    Take a pan and some oil in it. Add cumin and coriander seeds

  3. 3

    Add all spices

  4. 4

    Mix and add mashed potatoes. Mix them all well.

  5. 5

    Now take a small part of dough and roll it. Cut in semicircle and and fold its lining.

    Now stuff with potatoes prepared earlier amd seal the samosa.

    Deep fry or air-fry and serve hot with ketchup or chutneys.
