Add all the ingredients mentioned for dough in all-purpose flour and make a very hard dough.rest it for 10 minutes at warm place

Make oil hot at medium flame.in a separate pan put some oil and roast cumin seeds with all the spices for potatoes.add diced potatoes and mix well.let it cool.now follow important steps by pictures

Flat small ball from dough like I shown.cut half

Now close by wet the corners like I shown and fill small portion of potato mixture.close after filling gently and put it in refrigerator for 10 minutes
