Ingredients

  4. 1 tspCarrom seeds (Ajwain)
  5. 4boiled potatoes
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1 tspGaram masala
  8. 1 tspChat masala
  9. as neededCoriander leaves (for making aloo masala)
  10. as neededFry to oil

    Take a bowl add maida, Carrom seeds (ajwain). No, add ghee in it. Check moyen.

    Make dough by adding some water. Now flatten it and cut it in strips. Make masala from potatoes by mixing all spices in potatoes and make stuffing and make balls

    Put one ball on 1 strip. Now roll it. Put toothpick in centre.

    Fry it on low flame until golden brown. Now enjoy it with tomato ketchup. It is similar to samosa And it's so crispy and spicy.
