Hake with Pesto and mixed Nut flakes

Ingredients

  1. 6Hake fillets
  2. 125 groasted red pepper Pesto
  3. Kosher Salt
  4. Freshly ground Black Pepper
  5. 60 mlmixed Nuts flakes
  6. slicesLemon

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 220° C.

  2. 2

    Place Hake skin down on a prepared tray. Spread roasted red pepper Pesto over the fish.

  3. 3

    Season with Salt and Pepper and sprinkle Nuts over the fish.

  4. 4

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes till fish is moist and flakes easily.
