1 smallclove of garlic crushed
1 tbsppine nuts
1/4 tspkosher salt
1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper
1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
1/4 cupfreshly grated parmesan reggiono cheese

toast the nuts in a pan dont use oil and watch very closely as not to burn

except for olive oil put all ingredients into processor blend till coarsely chopped then drizzle in olive oil
