Ingredients

  1. 1 cuploosely packed fresh basil leaves
  2. 1 smallclove of garlic crushed
  3. 1 tbsppine nuts
  4. 1/4 tspkosher salt
  5. 1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper
  6. 1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
  7. 1/4 cupfreshly grated parmesan reggiono cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    toast the nuts in a pan dont use oil and watch very closely as not to burn

  2. 2

    except for olive oil put all ingredients into processor blend till coarsely chopped then drizzle in olive oil
