Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add chicken and all spices except oil, mix well and marinate chicken for an hour, put 2tbsp oil in pan and fry chicken till done, give coal smoke and keep aside

Now for gravy
heat oil fry onion till golden now add g.g paste, tomato puree, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt,green chilli paste, yogurt, biryani masala, garam masala powder and make gravy, keep aside. - 3
For Rice
Boil rice with salt and whole garam masala till 3/4th done - 4
(To Assemble)
Put some oil in base add boiled rice sprinkle zarda color layer down prepared gravy sprinkle coriander and mint leaves, fried onion then repeat the second layer of rice, add kewra water and zarda color, put cooked chicken tikka pieces add some ghee on top, give coal smoke, put it on dum for 15minutes,serve hot with salad and raita. - 5
