    Pick your beans and set aside

    Blend Onions,ginger,garlic,scotch bonnet and bell pepper all together

    Boil the beans in water until soft then drain the water and set aside

    Get a clean pot and add palm oil
    Add the ginger garlic onion blend and fry...

    Wash the dry fish and then boiling water to it..soak for like 5mins and drain..Add the fish

    Now add water and Allow to boil..Season your porridge and add spices

  7. 7

    Add the beans and cook till very soft..Add ugwu leaf and allow to simmer..

    Cut your plantain into cubes and fry...Enjoy
