Ingredients

  1. 2 cupschhole (soaked for 7-8 hrs)
  2. 2onions
  3. 4tomatoes
  4. 1 cuptea water
  5. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 2 tspoil
  7. 1 pinchhing
  8. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  9. As per tasteSalt
  10. 1 tspred chili powder
  11. 2 tspchhole masala
  12. 1 tspkasuri methi
  13. As RequiredOil
  14. 1 1/2 Cupmaida
  15. 1/2 cupSuji
  16. 1/2 cupcurd

Cooking Instructions

    For chhole
    Soaked chana overnight in the morning take a cooker add soaked chana, tea water and salt and boil the chana.

    Take a kadhai add oil cumin seeds Hing and add ginger garlic paste cook 2 minutes now add chopped onion cook it till golden brown.

    Now add tomato puree and add all spices cook it till oil separate

    Now add chhole and water in it....boil now add kasuri methi cook for 5 to 10 mins your chole is ready

    For bathura
    Take a mixing Bowl add maida suji curd 1 tsp oil mix well add some water knead a dough keep it two hours to rest

    In another pan heat oil for frying bhatura. Make lemon size balls of dough and make a bhatura fry it till golden brown.
