Ingredients

  1. 2Burger buns
  2. 1 cupwalnuts
  3. 1 cupchickpeas cooked
  4. 2 Tbspchia seeds
  5. 2 Tbspquinoa
  6. 2 TbspPanko breadcrumbs
  7. 1 Tbspapple cider vinegar
  8. 1 Tbspolive oil
  9. 2-3garlic cloves
  10. 1 tspcumin powder
  11. 1egg
  12. As Per TasteSalt & Pepper
  13. 1 Tbspolive oil to fry the Patty
  14. As RequiredAssembling with Lettuce, Onion rings, Tomato slices, walnuts

Cooking Instructions

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-30 mins

    In a blender add cooked chickpeas, walnuts, egg, chia seeds, quinoa, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, cumin seeds, garlic cloves, and breadcrumbs, blend to a paste, add salt and pepper, and mix, set aside

    Wet your palm and take a mix and make a patty, set aside

    In a pan heat rest of the olive oil and add the patties, fry on medium heat until golden in colour about 2-3 mins each side, and set aside

    Assembling - in the bun add lettuce, patty, onion rings, tomato slices, and more lettuce and close the bun, fix with a toothpick
