Vegan Bean Burgers Vegan Bean Burgers
I have been making these delicious vegan burgers for years. If you want them to be firmer and hold their shape more, just add a beaten egg to the mixture plus an additional 1/3 cup of oats; they won’t be vegan, though, but they will still be delicious.#vegetarian #cilantro #mushroom #oats #chili #sandwich #patty #plantbased Ricardo -
Vegetarian Tofu and Burdock Root Burgers Vegetarian Tofu and Burdock Root Burgers
Since my husband was putting on weight, I created this dish to serve him a healthy and tasty dish. The key is to slowly cook the burgers through on low heat. That will make them firm and less likely to break apart. Mayonnaise is optional, but I recommend a small amount for taste. Don't add too much or they will become greasy tasting. Simple burgers Simple burgers
The internet relies on hyperbolic statements like THIS IS THE SIMPLEST BEST BURGER RECIPE EVER WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE, DROP 23 DRESS SIZES AND SAVE THE LIFE OF AN ADORABLE ILL BABY. This, however, is a fairly good burger, that’s pretty quick to make. It’s an adaptation of a Jamie Oliver recipe from 15 Minute Meals. So it actually takes half an hour. It’s a solid dinner. Vegetarian Natto Burger Vegetarian Natto Burger
My husband made deep-fried fritters from natto, and then used the fritters to make burgers! But I figured you could make the burgers without having to deep-fry the natto, so I tried it out. This has been our family favorite for more than 5 years.I made the buns using my cinnamon roll dough recipe, divided into 6 portions. The dough rips easily due to the balance of flour and soy milk, so knead with care. Recipe by RedBlouse cookpad.japan -

Chicken Meatloaf Burgers for Bentos Chicken Meatloaf Burgers for Bentos
This is a standard recipe in our home.Step 2: Dusting with sifted flour right before frying will allow the sauce to soak into the meat easier. The sauce also tastes delicious if you add umeboshi. You can make this without yamaimo, too.If you skip the shimeji mushrooms and form the meat into balls, you can use these in a hot pot, which is also delicious. Low Calorie and Inexpensive Tofu Burgers Low Calorie and Inexpensive Tofu Burgers
The benefits of adding tofu are: ① it's low in calories; ② it's cheap to make and ③ kids who don't like tofu eat this burger without noticing (my little one hates tofu so much that when he sees any visible tofu he almost throws up.)The key is to drain the excess water from the tofu very well. If you skip this step the burger mixture will be hard to form, and will fall apart during cooking. You can use any kind of ground meat you like but I prefer pork. Please add nutmeg to taste.
