Grind chicken in a mixer.

Take the ground up chicken and add bread crumbs and milk to it. Mix thoroughly

To the mixture add salt, pepper and paprika

Cut onions into medium sized slices

Heat some olive oil in a pan on medium low heat. Add onions to it. Keep stirring till they develop a brown colour and taste sweet. (Around half an hour)

To a bowl add one part mayonnaise, one part mustard and one part Southwest. Add some salt, pepper and paprika to the mix.

Heat some oil in a pan. Form tikki out of the chicken mixture and cook it on both sides till it turns golden brown and stiffen.

Heat the buns in the same pan.

To form the burger, stack the bun in the following order... Bun-lettuce-tikki-cheese-cooked onions-prepared sauce-bun.

Ready to serve.
