Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

In a bowl, combine the beef, minced garlic to taste, two or three tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, two tablespoons of mustard or more if you like, the same amount of ketchup to taste, salt, pepper, the egg, and enough breadcrumbs. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

  2. 2

In a separate pan, cook the bacon until crispy, then add the onions to caramelize together. Once ready, set aside.

  3. 3

In the same pan or on a grill, cook the pineapple slices and ham until grilled, then set aside. Cook the burgers to your desired thickness and size in the same pan or grill.

  4. 4

Spread mayonnaise on one half of the buns and mustard on the other half, then warm them in a pan, grill, or griddle.

  5. 5

Assemble the burgers by layering the beef patty, ham, bacon with onions, and a slice of each cheese. Top with lettuce, tomato, jalapeños, and ketchup.
