Cooking Instructions

Add oil to a frying pan and crack open the egg. Do not whisk or scramble. Then sprinkle the salt, when the egg is almost done fold each sides in from left and right sides. Then fold the other sides to make it square. When done serve on a platter and garnish with tomato and carrots/spring onion shreds. Enjoy with toast bread.
