Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut a circle in the middle of the bread. I personally use a cup to get the circle shape. You can use a bowl or something round too.
- 2
Heat butter in the pan
- 3
Put the slice of bread with a hole in the pan.
- 4
Crack an egg into the hole on the bread.
- 5
Leave it in the pan till egg is cooked. You can also take it out half cooked, if you prefer it that way.
- 6
Take the slice of bread out from the pan.
- 7
I would suggest not to waste the circle piece of bread that was cut out. So, perhaps you would like to add some mayonnaise or some other sauce on it and use it as a saucer which could be eaten after that.

There's no need to heat the sugar to dissolve it if you use sugar from packs that come with plain yogurt. Strain through a sieve for a more smooth result. I always seem to cook too much rice. This recipe turns leftover rice into a crispy, tasty pancake that can be eaten on its own or used as a base for all kinds of toppings. I like to eat my rice pancakes topped with an egg, but you could also use kimchi, pulled pork, ham, etc. Or they’re great on their own! 😋#GlobalApron Week 8 - Leftover Rice#Dinner #Lunch #Savory #Vegetarian Chris Gan -

Telur Ceplok Masak Kecap (Sunny Side Up Eggs with Sweet Soy Sauce) Telur Ceplok Masak Kecap (Sunny Side Up Eggs with Sweet Soy Sauce)
Sweet soya sauce is one of the essential ingredients in Indonesian cuisine. It’s made of soy beans and it has dark color just like soy sauce, but it’s sweet and thicker due to the generous addition of palm sugar. A lot of indonesian’s recipes use this sweetened aromatic soy sauce. 😋 Please follow my Instagram @jenscookingdiary if you like my recipes 🙏🏻 jenscookingdiary
