Cooking Instructions

First, heat the mole and the tortilla. Place the tortilla on a flat plate, then add the very hot mole with a touch of toasted sesame seeds.

Place the sunny-side-up egg on top of the tortilla and mole, and serve.

It must be hot so the fat from the mole doesn't taste bad.
