Quick and Simple Falafel

With monsoon at its peak, it only makes sense to indulge in some delicious deep-fried delicacies. One such delicacy that I absolutely love is falafel 🧆
Made with soaked chickpeas and a few more ingredients, this middle-eastern dish is quite popular and goes beautifully with some freshly prepared hummus and pita bread. While my recipe might not be 100% authentic, it does churn out some delicious falafels in no time 🫓
I made these over the weekend and I would love for you to try the recipe, too. Do give it a shot and don’t forget to share a cooksnap if you do 😋

You can replace the parsley with coriander or dill. For 12. Recipe by Kuminchan cookpad.japan -
