Ingredients

30 minutes
20-30 pieces
  • 300 gchick peas (marinade under water for 24 hours)
  • Cumin 2 big spoon
  • 1 spoonCoriander
  • 2chiodi di garofano
  • 3long pepper
  • 1kapulaga (cardamomo)
  • 50 gcoriander leaves
  • 4garlic
  • 4shallots
  • Vulcanic salt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Smash all the spices and mix it good (also the garlic and scallops)

  2. 2

    Blend good the chick peas, if difficult add some water

    Mix chickpeas with the seasoning

    Make it round as you wish and fry with some seeds oil.. enjoooyyy!!
