Ingredients

  2. 1 big size onion
  3. 1tomato
  4. 2 spoonsOil
  5. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  6. As Per TasteSalt
  7. 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  8. 1 spooncoriander powder

    Peel, washed, and roughly chopped it. heat oil in a kadhai add onion slices and fry till they turn light golden brown. Add tomatoes and mix well.

    Now add tori Salt and turmeric powder. Cook for 2 minutes and keep stirring. then cover and cook for 8-10 minutes. It released water and turns soft. remove the lid and cook openly for 4-5 minutes to reduce its water. at this stage add Chilli powder and conditioner powder.

    Cooked on high flame to make it almost dry and oil has separated. Keep stirring when oil has released turn off the flame. Torai sabzi is ready.
