Ingredients

30 minutes.
2 servings
  1. 4 tablespoonsOil
  2. 1 tablespoonMustard seeds
  3. 4 cupsArbi chopped
  4. 1 tablespoonTurmeric powder
  5. 1 tablespoonGaram masala
  6. 1 tablespoonTomato powder
  7. 1 1/2 tablespoonSalt

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes.

    In a wok add oil and let it heat

    Now after the wok is heated add in mustard seeds.

  3. 3

    After the seeds crackle add in washed arbi.

  4. 4

    Now after mixing arbi with oil add in haldi powder and mix well.

  5. 5

    Now add in garam masala and mix properly.

  6. 6

    Now add in salt and tomato powder and mix well

  7. 7

    Cover and cook for 25 minutes and check it then.

  8. 8

    It's done.Serve hot.
