200 gramsbitter gourd
1potato sliced
1onion sliced
As per taste salt
As required turmeric and red chilli powder
1/2 tspcumin and coriander powder
As required oil

Heat oil add garlic chopped.Then add bitter gourd and onion and potato.

Add all spices,add little water and allow to cook on low flame.

Serve with steamed rice.
