Ramuan

15mins (prep) + 20mins (frying)

  1. 1/2 packbeehoon, dicelur dengan air panas
  2. 1bahagian chicken breast, dihiris nipis
  3. 1 packetsawi
  4. 2 batangcili merah, dihiris halus
  5. 2 sudu besarsos tiram
  6. 120 mlair
  7. 1 bijitelur
  8. Bahan Tumbuk:
  9. 1 genggamikan bilis
  10. 3 ulasbawang putih
  11. 1 ulasbawang merah
  12. 2 bijicili padi
  13. 1 incibelacan

Cara Memasak

15mins (prep) + 20mins (frying)

    Tumbukkan bahan-bahan hingga lumat. Ketepikan.
    Then don’t forget to soak your beehoon in hot water till it’s soft

    Heat up the oil and tumis bahan tumbuk hingga naik bau. This will take about 2-3 mins.

    Only then add the chicken pieces. Gaul sebati dengan bahan tumis and biarkan hirisan ayam masak.

    Bila ayam dah masak, masukkan batang sawi dan cili merah. Mix it well for about a min.

    Time ni, tambahkan sos tiram, air dan telur. Mix it all well.

    It’s time to add the beehoon and daun sawi. Mix mix mix till it all come together. This will take about 5mins.

    Siap! Time to serve and have it for lunch. YUMS!
