  1. 1/4 bijikobis, dihiris halus
  2. 2 ulasbawang putih, dihiris halus
  3. 1 bijibawang merah, dihiris halus
  4. 1/2 sudu tehbiji sawi (mustard seeds)
  5. Secubitserbuk kunyit

Cara Memasak

5mins (prep) + 10mins (cooking)
  1. 1

    Tumiskan bawang putih dan bawang merah dengan minyak panas. Minyak tak perlu banyak.

    Bila bawang dah layu dan naik bau, masukkan kobis dan tumis sebati hingga layu.
    Only then masukkan biji sawi dan serbuk kunyit, gaul sebati. If too dry, add a tablespoon of water.

    Perasakan dengan garam dan lada sulah secukupnya and it’s done.
