  1. 3medium size Ikan Kembong
  2. 80 g/ 1 small bowl Cabbage - wash and cut into pieces
  3. 80 g/ 2-3 Lady finger - wash, blanch & cut into bite size
  4. 80 g/ ½ Brinjal - wash and cut into bite sizes
  5. 1stalk Bunga kantan - sliced
  6. 1stalk Lemon grass - smashed
  7. 200 mlWater - adjustable
  8. 1stalk Laksa leaves / Daun kesum
  9. 80 g/ 1 small Tomato, quarter
  10. 1pc Asam keping
  11. 1 tbspTamarind paste, mix with 100 ml water
  12. Ingredient A: blend well
  13. 4pcs Dried chilies - boil, cut and remove seeds
  14. 3Shallots
  15. 3clove Garlic
  16. 1/2thumb size Galangal
  17. 1/2thumb size Shrimp paste (belacan)
  18. Ingredient B: seasoning
  19. 1/2 tbspSugar
  20. 1/2 tspAJI-NO-MOTO®
  21. 1/2 tspTUMIX® Chicken Stock
  22. 1/4 tspSalt

Cara Memasak

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Blanch all the vegetables with hot water and steam the fish with a steamer.

  2. 2

    Heat some oil in wok and sauté blended ingredient (A), bunga kantan and lemon grass till fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add in water and allow to boil. Add daun kesum and 3 pieces of fish.

  4. 4

    Add in all vegetables, asam keping and tamarind juice.

  5. 5

    Add seasoning (B) to taste.
