If you’re craving a savoury Chinese-style fried rice, the texture of the rice is very important. It’s recommended to use Jasmine, medium-grain white rice & Japanese-style sushi rice. For best results, the fried rice should be cooked quickly over high heat in a heated wok as this helps prevent the rice from steaming in the pan instead of frying.

  3. 1/2/ 50 g Onion, sliced
  4. 100 gChicken meat, cubed
  5. 3sliced / 15 g Carrot, jullience
  6. 2 stalksGreen mustard, cut
  7. 1 tbspOyster sauce
  8. 1Egg
  9. 460 gWhite rice
  10. 1/3 tspAJI-NO-MOTO®
  11. 1/3 tspSalt
  12. Some Fried onion, for garnishing

Cara Memasak

    Heat cooking oil, saute garlic and onion until golden brown.

    Add in chicken, stir until almost cooked.

  3. 3

    Add in carrot, mustard and oyster sauce. Stir well.

    Add in egg, mix well.

  5. 5

    Add rice, AJI-NO-MOTO® with salt.

  6. 6

    Mix well and serve with fried onion.
