  1. 1 cupblack chana
  2. 1/4 cupchana dal
  3. 2-3boiled potatoes
  4. 1cucumber, chopped
  5. 1tomato, chopped
  6. 1onion, chopped
  7. 2-3green chillies, finely chopped
  8. someCoriander leaves, chopped
  9. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  10. 1 tsproasted zeera powder
  11. 1 tspchaat masala powder
  12. 1 tsprock salt
  13. 1lemon, squeezed
  14. 2 tbspImli pulp or imli chutney
  15. 1 tbspgreen chutney

    Soak the black chana in water for 3-4 hours. Soak the chana dal separately.

    Now boil the black chana in a pressure cooker with salt for 4-5 whistles on medium flame.

    In a separate bowl, mix together all the other ingredients including the soaked and strained CHANA DAL.

    Now Add the boiled black chana and give it a good mix.
    Garnish with coriander and serve.
