Cooking Instructions

For Puri:
Take the flour add oil, salt and bind medium hard dough and rest for 15-20mins minimum - 2
Next take small portion of dough and start rolling in the round shape and dip fry them till they are golden colour.

For Paneer Angara :
Take the pan add 1tsp oil and shallow fry tomatoes and onion next
Grind the tomato and onions and make fine thick gravy - 4
Now take a pan add 1+1sp oil &ghee crackle Cumin seeds and saute the gravy for about 5-7mins or till the oil releases from the gravy

Now add Paneer cubes and along them few Onion Palets... and cook them for around 5-8 minutes till everything is mixed properly

Add all spices to the Veggies and lastly add crushed Kasuri methi and lemon juice and coriander leaves...

Now serve them hot with Puri, Paratha, Naan and enjoy the delicious meals with your loved ones ❤️
