  3. 1 tspmustard urad dal mix
  4. 2dry red chilli

    Rinse and wipe dry all the lady's fingers with a clean kitchen towel. Then slice the Lady's finger to thin 0.5 inches and chopped one onion Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt and mix it well. Keep aside.

    Cook stirring, until very fragrant, about 1 minute, Then add the lady’s finger increase the heat to medium and Cook stirring continuously until the lady’s finger looks very well fried, 6 to 10 minutes more.

    Once the lady’s finger is cooked transfer the plate served with rice or chapati. Rinse and wipe dry all the lady's fingers with a clean kitchen towel. Then slice the Lady's finger to thin 0.5 inches and chopped one onion Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt and mix it well. Keep aside.
