#activeamazing. Normally I do buy two types of rice. 1.Sticky rice for tuwo, masa or other sticky rice recipe. 2.The regular rice for my white rice , jollof, fried etc. So this period the regular rice that was delivered to me happens to be sticky . When I used it I noticed it was so gummy .... I began thinking how am I suppose to use this sticky rice as regular rice but hey! That's why we are cook scientists... In the kitchen we will always find a way out for sure with our experiments... So I decided to use a different processing method and my sticky rice turns to regular rice 😊. I thought it will go a long way if I share this method.
