  3. 1 tspGhee
  4. 2 tbspWater

    Dry Roast til. Transfer in plate. Keep ready plastic sheet greased with ghee.

    Add Jaggery in Kadai. Add water and stir well constantly.

    Put 2 drop of Jaggery syrup in water and check weather it is sticky or not. If not then it's done.

    Add roasted til and combine well. Transfer mixture on plastic sheet.

    Cover with plastic sheet and rolled Chikki. Wait for a while, mark cut with knife.

    Wait for completely cooled, make pieces of Til Chikki. Ready to serve. Enjoy.
