Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius, line the bottom and side of the mold with parchment paper and set aside.

Sift cake flour, baking powder and salt together twice.

Beat the butter in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer. When it starts to soften, add sugar. Beat at high speed until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes), add eggs one at a time, beat to combine, add vanilla extract, divide flour into 3 parts and milk into 2 parts, alternating starting with flour and milk, alternating like this until the end. Beat at the lowest speed until the ingredients are combined.

Pour into the mold. Use a pointed stick to drag in the cake to remove any air bubbles. Tap the mold vigorously 3-4 times and place the cake mold on the baking sheet. Pour hot water into the pan about 0.5 cm high of the cake pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes. Remove cake from oven. Turn the cake upside down from the molds onto the wire rack. Peel off wax paper, turn over and leave to cool completely. Ready to enjoy ☺️
