This super creamy Gajar Halwa Oatmeal is very easy and quick breakfast. It is packed with many Nutrients and full of deliciousness.
Cooking Instructions

Heat pan on low flame. Add grated carrots along with 2tbsp water. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Now add rolled oats along with remaining water. Stir well, cover and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until oats turned soft.

Now add milk, cardamom powder, Jaggery and nuts.

Cook until the mixture thickened and creamy. Turn off flame.

Transfer the Gajar Halwa Oatmeal in a serving cup and garnish with some nuts and rose Patels. Serve hot and Enjoy 😊
