  1. 1/2water melon or a small water melon
  2. 2 medium limes
  3. 3 inchesfresh ginger peel and chopped
  4. leavesSome spinach
  5. 2 tbspsugar (optional)
  6. Black pepper powder,salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the water melon from its skin and place it in a blender.

    Squeeze the juice of 2 limes into the blender and add the ginger, spinach leaves,sugar, black pepper powder and salt to taste.

    Blender it and strain through a fine mesh strainer and put to cool.

    Serve it.
