Bánh Da Lợn Bánh Da Lợn
When I was a child, I always looked forward to the treats my grandmother or mother would bring home from the market. I especially remember Bánh Da Lợn, a childhood cake filled with the love of my grandmother and mother. The cake is fragrant with pandan, rich with coconut, and has a chewy, slightly bouncy texture. After moving abroad with my husband to a cold place with few Vietnamese people, everything became more difficult. I started searching online to learn how to cook and bake. By chance, I met Ms. Nguoi Quen on WTT and Yahoo 360 blog. I learned the Bánh Da Lợn recipe from her and adjusted the liquid amounts to suit my family's taste. Thank you so much, Ms. Nguoi Quen.Eventually, I was able to make this traditional Vietnamese Bánh Da Lợn in a foreign land, and my husband really enjoys it—especially my father-in-law and my nieces and nephews.Vũ Quỳnh Anh

4 Seasons Smoothie (Papaya Pineapple Mango Banana) 4 Seasons Smoothie (Papaya Pineapple Mango Banana)
This is one of my favorite blends. Thai fruits are easy to find, fresh, and packed with nutrients, which is a great advantage of living in Thailand. They're better than imported frozen fruits that have been irradiated and have a high carbon footprint, with uncertain nutritional value. It's better to support local farmers. When blending, you can use any kind of fruit. I love buying ugly fruit/food. The more blemished they are, the happier I am to support them because it shows the growers care about consumers and the environment by not using chemicals, which takes a lot of effort. Just a thought to share with care. TunarapTranslated from Cookpad Thailand -

At Easter, my mom and I picked fresh grape leaves, and it reminded me how much I love her dolmadakia. This isn’t exactly her original recipe, since she likes to experiment in the kitchen. She gave me all the ingredients, and I made these dolmadakia while thinking of her! Ήλια 🦭Translated from Cookpad Greece -
Malpua Without Sugar Syrup Malpua Without Sugar Syrup
This Malpua recipe was taught to me by my mother, who learned it from her mother. These Malpuas are made without sugar syrup, so they come together quickly and have a crisp texture. If you prefer Malpua that isn’t too soft or overly sweet, you should definitely try this recipe. Shweta BajajTranslated from Cookpad India
