For these type of recipes if we store stuffing spices like fennel seeds, big cardomom, anise star , mace ,nutmeg,black pepper, cloves which are too costly and demand proper maintenance and protection from moisture and fungus.
That's why I am buying ready-made stuffing spices powder because these are available in sealed packaged pouches keep it in a plastic container and use when cook special type of dishes , time saving ,low maintenance and last but not least these are budget friendly.
Example
Like we are using chaat masala, chola masala, sambhar powder etc.

In abroad these are available in Indian stores or can buying online.

Ingredients

  1. 500 gmLady finger
  2. Salt 🧂
  3. Tempting spices
  4. ready made stuffing spices powder
  5. Cooking oil - mustard oil preferred

Cooking Instructions

12 minutes 🕑
  1. 1

    CUTTING OF LADY FINGER -
    Lady finger cut into long pieces.

  2. 2

    ADD LADY FINGER AND READYMADE SPICES -
    Take a pan add cooking oil till heated add long cut lady finger in it.
    Fry it well,then ADD READYMADE STUFFING SPICES POWDER and salt to it.

  3. 3

    FRYING THE LADY FINGER -
    Stir it well and cover it with a lid.
    Stir it at regular intervals of time ⏲.
    When cooked stirring it well and cook openly for drying it.

    REMOVING MOISTURE-
    After drying or removing its moisture take it in a serving bowl 🥣.

    Enjoy with poori, paratha or chapatis or rice 🍚 and pulses.
