Bhindi masala

For these type of recipes if we store stuffing spices like fennel seeds, big cardomom, anise star , mace ,nutmeg, black pepper, cloves which are too costly and demand proper maintenance and protection from moisture and fungus.
That's why I am buying ready-made stuffing spices powder because these are available in sealed packaged pouches keep it in a plastic container and use when cook special type of dishes , time saving ,low maintenance and last but not least these are budget friendly.
Example
Like we are using chaat masala, chola masala, sambhar powder etc.
In abroad these are available in Indian stores or can buying online.
