Ingredients

  1. 1litter Milk
  2. 3 tbspSugar
  3. 2 cupsChopped Fruits of your choice (I have used pomegranate, banana, chickoo, apple and grapes)
  4. 3 tbspCustard powder
  5. 1 tbspCardomom powder

    In a small bowl take the custard powder and add 1/4 cup of cold milk to it. whisk to make a lump free solution. Keep aside.

    Now heat remaining milk in pan. Once it boils, add sugar and custard mix to it in milk while continuously stirring.

    Cook the custard on low to medium flame for 5-7 minutes while stirring to get a creamy custard.

    Put off the flame and allow the custard to cool down completely at room temperature. cover and chill it in refrigerator for 3 hours.

    Wash peel and chop the fruits. Add all fruits, cardmom powder in chilled custard milk.

    Now whisk the custard again to make it lump free and creamy.

    Mix it well.

    So, Fruit Custard is ready to serve.
