  3. 1 cupmaida
  4. 1 tbspbesan
  5. 1 tbspsuji
  6. 1/4 tspbaking powder
  7. 1/4 tspsoda
  8. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  9. Pinchsalt
  10. As required milk

    In a parat big plate take clarifies ghee add sugar and beat with a Whisk till the mixture changes colors and become white pale yellow color. Now add flavor cardamom powder and mix then add besan and suji maida and light mix.lwith a spatula and soda and baking powder and salt and mix it.

    Now use your fingers to bind the dough if the dough is a bit hard then only add 1 tbsp milk make equal size balls do not flatten then place the balls on a greased tray give a milk wash on the balls.

    Now bake the balls at 180c for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove the nankhatai from the oven.
