Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupDesi ghee
  2. 3/4 cupPowdered sugar
  3. 1 1/2 cupAll purpose flour
  4. 1/4 cupBesan/gram flour
  5. 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  6. 1/4 tspNutmeg powder
  7. 1/4 tspBaking soda
  8. 2 tbspCurd

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl. Add desi ghee and sugar. Blend it with the hand blender till the mixture becomes smooth and creamy

  2. 2

    Now add maida besan cardamom powder nutmeg powder baking soda and mix it well

  3. 3

    Now add curd and gently mix everything you can add one or two tsp water or milk if required to make a smooth to

  4. 4

    Preheat your oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes

  5. 5

    Make small balls of dough with your palms and set in a baking tray with keeping space between them as they will rise while baking

  6. 6

    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 200 degree Celsius. Keep your eyes there

  7. 7

    Take it out from the oven and let it cool. now your delicious Nan Khatai with aur without tea
